Real shame as the products sound was fantastic and amazing however the customer service is rude and arrogant - they fact that they don't monitor or collect the reviews on here is sign the company have no regard to the customer - shame as I held Bose in high regard.

Ordered the Quiet Comfort earbuds on 30th December and was told on the 4th Jan that they had been dispatched. Never happened, then on 8th of Jan email advised they had dispatched item on the 7th Jan. tracking number was wrong! Eventually on the 10th the right tracking number given advising they would deliver via ups on the 14th Jan waited in all day but never came. Called UPS to be told there is a delay and we are unable to give you a date for delivery at this time. Next time I will order from a UK store rather than Bose direct! Useless

Absolutely awful service. My QC35ii headphones have broken twice since I forked out £280 for them. Both times the warranty service has been unbearably slow and the customer service completely non-existent. They even lost the headphones the 2nd time around. I am now without headphones before an important work trip, all at the fault of Bose being a terrible company. Avoid them at all costs, and stick to Sony or Beats.

Placed an order on 10th February 2021 and still have not received it.Customer service via WhatsApp is stunningly awful. I keep getting fobbed off with different excuses every time I ask for an update:"The delivery was declined" - incorrect"The order has been lost in transit" - incorrect"We had a system glitch so we can't help right now - get in touch in 48 hours" - HOW?"The address has been updated" - incorrect"I've re-escalated the issue - wait 10 days to fix the problem" - How can I, the customer, fix the problem? "Actually, this has not been lost in transit. Please wait another 10 days to fix this" -incorrect"You'll receive your order soon. Rest assured." -Zero faith by this point."Actually, there is now no stock and we'll have some in 2-3 days. You'll be sent a tracking number at some point." -6 days later, still nothing.It has been 68 days since I placed my order and I'm 99% certain that I've been fleeced by Bose. They're keeping my cash and not delivering anything.Complete scam company, much to my surprise. I knew pandemic times were hard, but I didn't think they'd stoop this low and have such poorly trained and informed customer representatives.

If only Truspilot had zero stars then this company would deserve it entirely, I have Bose AV18. When the unit is powered off the 5.1 settings become inactive and goes to 2.00 until an activation of 5.1 is redone every single time the unit is turned off. I have asked Bose for help but they have refused any help whatsoever to a loyal customer. I would never buy Bose again!!!

The BOSE QC35 II headphones are without doubt an amazing piece of kit. As far as noise cancelling goes, these definitely do the job. If you love your music these are awesome, however, if you want them to watch a movie on tv or a big screen projector - forget it. They are all but useless unless you wire them up to your device as lipsync is awful and you just cant watch anything using the wireless facility. Feedback from Bose is just as bad -they obviously know that they are rubbish for watching films but can't or won't do anything about it. No firmware upgrade to fix it either. 10/10 for music 1/10 for Movies Disappointed I didn't do more research on them before purchasing them.

not worth the hype, poor products and even worse service. Cannot hold a light to Sony/Panasonic and will be returning to those trust models. Products purchased Bose Wave and Bose ear phones. Both poor, ear phones have very little volume

Bose QCIIs - the sound quality on a phone call, skype or zoom etc is absolutely appalling. Bose's support is unacceptable, slow and ultimately NOT helpful. My £350 headphones are great for music, but awful for anything else. I will never buy another Bose product - I can't believe the quality decline.

Ordered replacement sponges for my headphones but sadly the wrong ones arrived. Bose were very apologetic and have sent out the correct ones immediately. The delivery by UPS was pathetic. We have a long drive way with a intercom system. The delivery driver made no attempt to contact us and just left the parcel in the road by the gates. Pity that Bose, a company with such a sterling record, relies on a unprofessional delivery company

ABSOLOUTELY TERRIBLE! Ordered 28th dec and still waiting! Called twice - first time i was told it would be sent out the next day and 5 days later when i call again im told it still hasnt been sent out. I try to cancel and they refuse saying ”its too far in the process”. How can it be too far in the process if its still in the warehouse? All you are doing is stealing peoples money!

Ordered items that were promised as Christmas delivery but after making enquiries as to why I had not been sent delivery information was told delivery would be 30th December. On 30th December delivery between 10-2pm was promised but had not arrived by 2.50 and no update received. Queried with Bose (as UPS do not have live tracking information) to be told “hopefully it’ll arrive in a day or 2”! Shockingly the poor service

appauling customer service from BOSE yet again. Please stay away from this amatuer company, Mr Bose should be ashamed of himself !

What aweful customer service!!I'm still waiting for a callback after q week. The system doen't work. This is the second time I have tried contacting the service helpdesk and find the 'klivechat' system just doesn't work.It will stop me ever buying another piece of Bose equipment again.
